First impressions : essence

Hello everyone,
I have heard a lot about the makeup brand 'essence' but never have tried anything because I couldn't find it anywhere !

But recently I went into a store ( I think it was wilko ) and found a huge counter full of Essence makeup.

There was so much to choose from and the prices were so good.
I only purchased one thing because I had no idea what to get and also this really caught my eye.

It is called 'eye sorbet' they came in a variety of colours. It is a cream highlighting eye colour, the texture was really diffrent to anything I have tried before it was a gel sort of formula.

(The shade is Illuminating coconut)

I swatched the product and although it wasn't to pigmented it was almost like a gel glitter.

I have worn it a few Times now, the product is very long lasting and looks very nice on top of your eyeshadow to give it a bit more glitter.  I also like how it looks in the inner corner it brings a glow to the eye look.

For the £2 it's a really good product, I'm exicted to try other products from the brand.

Natural glow palette review ♡

Hello everyone im back with another post, today I'm reviewing the 'natural glow' palette from Barry m.
Barry m are well known for there high quality inexpensive nail polishes, and I do feel there makeup is rarely talk about.

The palette includes 6 neutral eyeshadows and a blush. The palette retails at £6.50 and is the first of the two in the collection.

The eyeshadows are fairly pigmented for there price and are really bendable.

The palette also contains a blush, it is a classic pale pink colour and is a really nice shade for spring/summer.

Bath essentials ! ♡

This is my second blog post so I'm still not really sure on everything but I'm giving it ago. Today I'm talking through my bath time essentials.

First is bubble bath. I'm in love with the zoella beauty range, the scent and products are flawless. This creates the perfect bubble bath.

I also love using bubble bars for even more bubbles. This is magic wand from lush it's from there christmas range so it's limited edition, unfortunately because it creates bubbles and smells amazing.
It's a bit diffrent to the usual crumble under the tap bubble bar, it's very easy to use all you do is whoosh it around in the bath.

Next is bath bombs. I have been buying bath bombs from lush for years and  there amazing. They have so many diffrent scents and colours too choose from. This one is from the spring rang, it's called 'secret garden' it's a very fresh floral scent.

Body scrubs are an essential to me for bath time, they make my skin so silky and clean. Recently I have been buying a lot of soap and glory products and this has been one I keep reaching for. Its called flake away, it has Shea butter and peach seeds to polish your skin. It's not a pretty looking product but it's amazing.

Next is obviously shower gel and my favourite at the moment is clean on me from soap and glory. It's smells amazing and really hydrates my skin.

NEW : Mac Pro Palette

Hello everybody this is my first blog post so please bare with me !

Today I'm doing a review on my first Mac product I purchased the other day.

I decided to get one of the Mac Pro palettes, it was my first time getting something from Mac and I was there for around 30 minuets trying to decided what to get.

They have many different sized palettes, I decided to get the quad.

The palette itself was £5 but the eyeshadows to buy to put into the palette are £10 each. Mac have a wide range of shadows so picking one was hard.

The palette is magnetic and the pan refills  are also magnetic so you can swap and change shadows and they won't fall out.

The shadow I got was a frost finish in the shade phl oof!

The shade is a shimmer highlight with a lovely pink undertone.

The shadows are highly pigmented and look stunning on.

I definitely recommend checking out Mac Eyeshadows if you are looking in to more higher end makeup.
